His experience spans corporate investigations, legal and compliance matters, loss prevention, risk management, technology integration and enterprise strategy - giving him a perspective grounded in both frontline realities and executive-level decision-making.
Across nearly 20 years with a Fortune 50 company, Matthew held leadership roles in investigations, legal affairs, strategy and planning, including responsibility for large investigative teams, operating-model design and technology-enabled transformation. His work has included building centralized investigative capabilities, improving governance and workflows, introducing practical uses of AI, and helping organizations translate strategy into systems and processes that can actually be sustained.
The same rigorous implementation mindset he developed in security and investigations extends into business enablement across all verticals.
